Traceability & transparency

Lanciers makes it its duty to maintain the level of quality and safety throughout the production and packaging process: Slaughter, cutting-up, storage and transport in refrigerator trucks are carried out under our own control, ensuring that the cold chain is therefore uninterrupted and the freshness of our products guaranteed.

Lanciers makes to measure. According to the customer's requirements, the meat is processed under many forms: boned carcasses, ready to-slice and in all types of packaging: vacuum packed, frozen, in crates or cartons, or in metal containers.
